1) Chew cloves directly

Use 1–2 cloves per day (many prefer on an empty stomach).

Chew slowly, then drink water if needed.
2) Clove tea / infusion

Boil water and add 2–3 cloves.

Turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes.

Drink warm.

Commonly used to support digestion or warm the body in cold weather.
3) Cloves with honey

Crush 1–2 cloves and mix with 1 teaspoon of honey.

Take in the morning in small amounts.
