1) Chew cloves directly

  • Use 1–2 cloves per day (many prefer on an empty stomach).

  • Chew slowly, then drink water if needed.

2) Clove tea / infusion

  • Boil water and add 2–3 cloves.

  • Turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes.

  • Drink warm.

  • Commonly used to support digestion or warm the body in cold weather.

3) Cloves with honey

  • Crush 1–2 cloves and mix with 1 teaspoon of honey.

  • Take in the morning in small amounts.
