  • There cannot be more than 5 ingredients   on the label  .
  • 5 glasses of water    before 5:00 p.m.
  • Eat 5 different colored fruits and vegetables   every day 
    . It’s a simple, easy-to-remember rule that   can really improve your energy, digestion, and skin.

One fall and everything changes: we feel fragile, less confident in our movements… Yet it’s inactivity that increases the risk of falls. The body needs movement to maintain strength and balance.

Simple ideas:

  • Stand on one leg when brushing your teeth.
  • Take advantage of TV commercials and    do some exercises by getting up from a chair   .
  • Stretch for a few minutes before bed. A little during the day will gradually return
    your confidence      .

    An active social life boosts memory, morale… and even your immune system.
